At Training Personified our staff deliver an exceptional program which is based upon the ideologies of Scrimshaw (1983) and Elliot Eisner (1985). Both Scrimshaw and Eisner theorise that a humanistic approach to education is the most suitable, agreeing that learning should be strategically designed to train people for a specific vocation. Within our training workshops delegates are taught factual information that is transferred in to the workplace. We promote a humanistic approach to training which incorporates a wide variety of skills needed to function in today’s world such as communicating, thinking, decision-making and core skills in problem solving. This approach to education promotes self-esteem and delivers skills which enables delegates to reach their full potential.

At Training Personified we assess the effectiveness of the delivery of our training workshops by using Gibbs Reflective Cycle.
